SAMI SHOWCASE

After more than a year of planning, designing, building, and coordinating, the new creative showcase at Brentwood School was officially revealed in the middle school lobby.
The showcase was created in honor of Sami Liber and is meant to celebrate creativity, artistic expression, and the kind of work that deserves to be seen and shared. Positioned in a central location on campus, it will give students a place where their art can be displayed prominently and appreciated by classmates, faculty, parents, and visitors.

For our family, this project was about more than just building a display case. It was about creating something lasting. Something that reflects Sami’s love of art, imagination, and self expression. Brentwood School was an important part of Sami’s life, and it felt meaningful to create a space that future students can use for years to come.
The reveal brought together supportive friends, faculty, and members of the Brentwood community who have continued to stand by us. Seeing the showcase completed, surrounded by people who cared about Sami and wanted to honor her memory, made for a very emotional and meaningful morning.

We hope this creative showcase encourages students to take pride in their work, share their ideas, and feel inspired to create. Art has the power to connect people, give comfort, and help young people express things that are difficult to put into words.
That is exactly the spirit Sami carried with her.
