Our Board of Directors

The board of directors provides governance and strategic oversight, guiding the Foundation's mission to bring art and music to underserved youth.

Julianne Cramer

Julie Cramer is an attorney with the Colorado Attorney General's Office in Denver, where she works to protect the legal interests of the people of Colorado. A graduate of UCLA School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif, she began her career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, concentrating on white collar criminal defense and internal investigations.

Julie's career reflects a lasting commitment to public service and to young people. Before law school, she worked at the U.S. Department of Education on school safety and after-school programming in underserved communities. She has since taught at UCLA Law School and in the University of Denver's Criminal Defense Clinic, as well as volunteer on behalf of foster youth, helping secure the educational services they need.

Andrew Howard

 

Andrew Howard is a Partner at Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles–based investment firm focused on media, entertainment, and communications. Since joining Shamrock in 2006, he has helped guide the firm's investment strategy and serves as a director across a broad portfolio of companies.

 

Andrew is deeply committed to philanthropy serving young people. He is a trustee of the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Foundation and serves on the USC Annenberg Center for the Digital Future Board of Governors. He has also served on the Executive Committee and Board of the Independent School Alliance and the Board of the Stanford University Alumni Association. Andrew is a graduate of Stanford University.

Jordan Pynes

​​Jordan Pynes is President of Thomas Safran & Associates, a Los Angeles–based developer and manager of affordable, luxury, and mixed-use housing. In more than 20 years with the firm, he has overseen development, acquisitions, and operations across its portfolio while leading a team of more than 250 employees.

Jordan is active in civic and philanthropic life across Los Angeles. He is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization and the Urban Land Institute, chairs the Regional Board for Syracuse University, serves on the Board of Directors of Crossroads School, and is a Board Advisor to Dignity Moves. He is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Dr Ronald Sue

Dr. Ron Sue is a board-certified internist who has cared for patients in Los Angeles for more than four decades. He is a founding physician of The Sue Medical Group in Century City, where he practices alongside his son, Dr. Eric Sue, providing personalized, comprehensive primary care to adults throughout the city.

Known among his patients for his thoroughness, warmth, and commitment to their long-term wellbeing, Dr. Sue has built a reputation as one of the region's most trusted physicians.

 

He is a graduate of Stanford University and the Tufts University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at UCLA and the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. Dr. Sue is an attending physician at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
